My respect level for Kanye jumped dramatically after watching this video! I'm really impressed by his compassion for gay people and others. Always good to see people (especially celebrities) being positive influences!

THE FACEBOOK STATUS GAME!!!!
I was replying to an email when I came across a cool little game to play on FACEBOOK. For all those who don't know what FACEBOOK is, get out from underneath the rock you've been hiding under. I guess it can work on Myspace and all the other social networks out there but these directions are for FACEBOOK. Anywho, check it out:
FACEBOOK STATUS GAME RULES:
* Grab the book closest to you. NOW.
* Go to page 56.
* Find the 5th sentence.
* Write that sentence as YOUR status.
* COPY these instructions as a comment to your status.
* Don't go looking for your favorite book, or the coolest one you have - just grab the closest one
So I followed the rules of the game and grabbed the first book next to me which happened to be a 388 page book called "Guerrilla Marketing" by Jay Levinson, but that part doesn't matter. I turned to page 56, 5th sentence and this is what it said:
"It leaves little to chance."
WOW! What a confirmation!!! Don't ya just love it?!!!

I miss this place soooooooooo much. It's the house my friends, family, and wifey stayed at during our trip to Hawaii for the wedding. I wanted to post a blog on it so that I could see it more often!! lol

HEADED IN A GOOD DIRECTION
Earlier today, me, Melissa, and my cousin Rage took a trip to LA to meet up with Joe Torry at the Cheesecake Factory. For those of you who don't know who Joe is, look him up. Here's a wiki page on him: click here
Anyway, to make a short story too long, Joe is super cool and VERY down-to-earth for someone who has enjoyed the type of success he has. First of all, the traffic was horrible on the way up to LA cause we were driving through a CRAZY storm and the rain didn't let up THE ENTIRE WAY!! I had set the meeting up for 1pm but we didn't arrive until 2:30!!! Even though Joe was super hungry, it was a warm greeting and we connected right from the start.
We had a greet meeting and even though the meeting was for business, I had a nice opportunity to learn what type of person Joe is. I didn't know he was also the son of a military dad like I am so that was cool to discover. We talked about doing some TV projects together and a comedy tour that would launch at the beginning of next year! I'll keep you all updated on where it all leads...
After we left that meeting, we headed over to a studio off Van Nuys to meet with Rage's old friend, AC Burrell. He was also a super cool dude so we were 2 for 2 for the day! ha! AC is a producer from London and this dude has some COLD beats!!!!! I told him about my music licensing company and hopefully we'll have some of his music in our catalog VERY SOON!!
What really made that meeting was the conversation we had about Holodynamics and the different dimensions that exist which most people aren't conscious of. If you don't know what Holodynamics is, GOOGLE IT!!! Anyway, I always love talking about that shit and it was cool that he was super interested in it.
Man...what a long drive home it was. Definitely enough time to reflect on a great day in LA. Check out some video.
